A late Merry Rippmas! This was my entry to a competition to create a “Winter Ripper” on the Powell Peralta facebook. The idea for him to be Santa busting through the chimney with cookies and presents etc was that of my amazing girlfriend Mo, when she first explained it i was a doubter, mostly because i didnt know if i could make that idea look good. I did up this drawing, and we won! We won a board from them to add to the ever growing collection on our walls! Teamwork!! It arrived today, will post a photo soon.
If I were to escape a house fire… this is one of a few I would take with me. I love him.
On the topic of drawing and Mo Wyse! I found this scan of a drawing i did for her for back on our 1 year anniversary. Or maybe her birthday? im not exactly sure right now. It basically illustrates all the stuff we did together back in the first three months. Lots of little details in there and in jokes, but something im still pretty proud of. It hangs on our wall here in our room. Coming up on our three year in March. Might need to get the pen and paper out again for an update.
The once stockingless Millers have some to hang ‘by the chimney with care.’ My second sewing project ever! Yes!
